Bravo! to the Teacher Meeting

The teachers who work with YEA! came together at Bravo in Evanston in mid April to get prepared for the event. It was great food, well-organized content (thanks to the YEA! volunteer staff) and plenty of talk and fun.

We have a long list of art teachers who have worked with YEA! over the years. They teach their students about making art, appreciating art and the value of art in education and life.

We hope people at the top are listening and that the arts remain as a necessary area of education in our schools.

We applaud our art teachers for the hard work, dedication and extreme creativity that they provide all year round, and for YEA!
